Position Summary
The position of the Business Development Manager is a customer-facing sales role. This person must have excellent communication skills, be able to identify new customers and continue to develop relationships with existing customers. The BDM hunts for new accounts by utilizing existing relationships, while also expanding upon contacts through networking, speaking engagements, alliances and organization involvement. This person must have a sound understanding of the business issues that IT executives face and how our services can help solve those business issues.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain existing client relationships
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of the sale process and programs
  • Prospect new clients through outbound calling into leads provided by X-Centric IT Solutions
  • Must be able to drive and develop leads to uncover opportunities
  • Must have an understanding of the IT infrastructure environments to discuss ways that X-Centric could add value to a customer’s business
  • Create and present project Statements of Work to the clients
  • Set meetings with IT decision makers and new prospective clients
  • Enter information into X-Centric’s CRM
  • Be able to be consultative for customers-listening to their wants and needs, identifying areas that X-Centric could provide improvements, providing different solutions to satisfy the customer’s needs.

Job Description

We are seeking a senior-level Citrix Virtualization Expert to join our growing team in the Greater Milwaukee area. The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering technology solutions, as well as experience working within complex, enterprise environments. Expertise in key Citrix technologies, such as XenApp, XenDesktop, XenServer, XenMobile, NetScalers is a must.

Position Summary
The position consists of planning, initiating, and managing various projects that involves the above mentioned Citrix technologies. To be considered for this position, the following key technical skills are desired:

Technical Skills
  • Proficient with industry leading virtualization technologies such as Citrix XenServer, VMware and Microsoft Hyper-v.
  • Provide Architecture and design for planning phase regarding technologies such as XenApp, XenDesktop, PVS, MCS, and Server 2012/2008.
  • Experience with the deployment of Citrix XenMobile and NetScalers in an enterprise
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
  • Architect, design, and build infrastructure technology stacks in support of project(s)

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in architecting and deploying infrastructure technology solutions, such as Microsoft Exchange Server, Active Directory, Microsoft System Center, and Windows Server
  • Experience managing and configuring systems in Microsoft Azure
  • Knowledge of the migration tools to move data into Office 365
  • Solid understanding of Powershell to administer systems both on-prem and in the cloud
  • 5 – 7 years of experience in the analysis, design, implementation, and support of large-scale, complex technology solutions in enterprise environments

Position Summary

The consultant position requires the ability to design, implement, and manage Microsoft SCCM 2012 R2 solutions within large enterprise customer environments. To be considered for this position, the following key technical skills are desired:

  • SCCM 2012 R2 deployment and infrastructure knowledge including troubleshooting experience
  • Full understanding of SCCM 2012 R2 Hierarchy
  • High level Active Directory experience
  • Ability to create Advertisement/Collections/Packages/Applications within an SCCM 2012 R2 environment
  • Understanding of setup/use/troubleshooting of software deployment “Maintenance Windows".
  • Full understanding of downloading and deploying Software Updates within SCCM 2012 R2.
  • Understanding of Operating System Deployment (OSD) in SCCM 2012 R2
  • Reporting with SCCM 2012 R2
  • Scripting experience
  • Reporting experience with the SCCM database
